Ocean Mental Health Services, a non-profit community mental health agency in Ocean County NJ is seeking to fill the following part-time openings in our outpatient departments in Bayville and Manahawkin.
APN: duties include conducting comprehensive assessments; initiate, order and interpret diagnostic testing; provide education to consumers; provide treatment planning, evaluation and psychotherapeutic interventions and function as a member of an interdisciplinary team for coordination of overall care and case management.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Nursing with sub-specialty in Mental Health or Psychiatric Care required. Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey plus valid/active DEA, CDS and related certification as a Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist. Experience working with mental health consumers a plus.
Psychiatrist: duties include evaluating, diagnosing and prescribing medication to clients. Developing the Comprehensive Treatment plan per company policy.
Requirements: Psychiatrist must hold MD or DO with completion of residency in Psychiatry. Must possess valid license to practice medicine in the State New Jersey plus valid DEA, CDS certifications.
