Community Mental Health Services of Muskegon County announces that they are recruiting for Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists.
We are located on Michigan’s west coast within 3 hours drive of Detroit and Chicago. Both positions are all outpatient 40 hours a week with no call. Competitive salary with 35 paid days off plus an additional 10 paid continuing education days. Patient flow is manageable with a range of 8 to 16 patients a day. Generous benefit package includes malpractice, disability, life, medical, dental and vision coverage along with contributions to both 401 and health savings accounts. Our psychiatrist positions work within a multidisciplinary team setting with support provided by RN’s, MSW’s, case managers and psychologists.
Currently there are two adult and one child psychiatrist working at the facility. There is also an integrated health clinic within the facility providing medical care. Board Certification is preferred for all applicants. Muskegon County has 26 miles of sugar sand beaches and dunes, 60 miles of wilderness trails for hiking and biking. There are numerous cultural and dining opportunities available.
