The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota seeks one to two board certified psychiatrists. These positions are on the clinical scholar track (yearly renewable) at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor and will confer a rank consistent with the background and qualifications of the successful applicant.
These positions in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota will provide significant coverage in the outpatient clinic with a focus on the access and quality of care. In addition these positions will play a significant role in the supervision and training of medical students, psychiatry residents and child and adolescent fellows as well as sharing in the rotation of faculty call coverage .
Required qualifications: Completion of Psychiatry residency program and experience in ambulatory practice and administration in a clinic setting, evidence of excellence in teaching and commitment to quality patient care and related clinical services. Minnesota licensure must be in hand by the start date.
