July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. It is a time to remember that not everyone has equal access to mental health resources—and a time to reflect on what can be done about it.

In this Mental Health Minute, Janay Bailey, MS, considers not only extending mental health care to underserved communities, but also dispelling the stigma that surrounds mental health issues in some of those communities.
