• Incarceration (disproportionate arrests of blacks for marijuana possession that legalization may correct)

On the con side:

• Will increased marijuana use lead to increased addiction?
• Involvement of Big Tobacco and Big Alcohol
• Driving while impaired (no technology to measure level of impairment)
