The conference hosted by the American Psychiatric Association will offer a rich assortment of lectures and workshops on depression ranging from MDD across the lifespan, among LGBT, new mothers, people with HIV, and on the neurobiology of depression.

We have invited Dr. Steve Koh, Scientific Program Chair, to touch briefly on what he sees as some of the key advances. Dr Koh is Clinical Assistant Professor at University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Director for UCSD Community Psychiatry Fellowship, and UCSD Outpatient Faculty in La Jolla, Calif.
