Maybe a guest wants to feel invigorated or excited; they should try, dark chocolate, avocado, chia, or salmon. Choosing pumpkin pie on the dessert table might help with weight loss, while choosing sweet potato might help with feeling sated. To improve cognitive function, try the nut-heavy choices, like pecan pie.
