CORONAVIRUS CHRONICLES

As you’ve probably noticed, Psychiatric Times has published a variety of important pieces on our pandemic the moment our social world and personal lives changed dramatically.

Often in disasters, the slew of early news fades as the acute stage ends. To avoid that, and because of the fluidity of the danger and the accompanying medical and political recommendations (which are sometimes at odds), we thought it may be useful to have a frequent, but temporary (hopefully very temporary), series of brief pieces on the psychological aspects of the news, along with the occasional longer reflection pieces and podcasts.

I will help to curate these pieces and be assisted at times by a 15-year-old cub reporter named Mira Goldstein who, for self-disclosure, happens to be my grandchild. Other submissions are welcome.
