Barry Perlman, MD

Dr Perlman is a retired psychiatrist; was the Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, Yonkers, NY; he is a past president of the New York State Psychiatric Association and past Chair of the NYS Mental Health Services Council.
